The street is an extension of the Linnaeusstraat and transitions into the Hartveldseweg when it reaches Diemen. 1935 - 1940. View on the Lijnbaansgracht in Amsterdam. The Lijnbaansgracht is a partially filled-in canal which extends along the border of the city center. The canal was dug as part of the first phase of the construction of the canal belt and runs parallel to the Singelgracht, between the Brouwersgracht and the Reguliersgracht.
