  • 4 Carrots, medium
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Parsley, fresh
  • 1 oz Polish borowiki mushrooms, dried
  • 4 Potatoes, medium
  • 2 Yellow onions, large
Pasta & Grains
  • 1 cup Pearl barley
Baking & Spices
  • 1 Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vegeta seasoning
Oils & Vinegars
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
Dairy
  • 10 cups Whey
Krupnik - Polish barely soup. The Vegeta seasoning just use some fresh/fried herbs and tumeric. I added tomatoes which made it really yummy. Be careful of the barley - it really grows in size. A splash of Lea and Perrins was the finishing touch.
