1/4 - 1/2 cup sugar or honey 1/4 c. hot water 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice 1 quart cold water 1 lemon sliced, small pinch sea salt or himalayan salt, Mix honey or sugar (I prefer honey) with hot water, add salt. The salt truely enhances the flavor for a real homemade taste. (If you have not tried this you must. Kinda like the difference between rock salt ice cream and regular.) Prepare cold water, add fresh squeezed lemon juice and honey salt mixture. Mix well and add lemon slices!
