The only known, complete, surviving chain of office from the period of Henry VIII fetched over £300,000 at auction today.      The Coleridge Collar is one of the most important surviving relics of the Tudor age.      Henry VIII is thought to have given the chain, which has never been offered at auction before, to Sir Edward Montagu, one of his closest advisers.
