Frances Brundage (1854–1937) American illustrator known for depictions of attractive, endearing children on postcards, valentines, calendars. She illustrated children's novels of Louisa May Alcott, Johanna Spyri, and Robert Louis Stevenson, literary collections as The Arabian Nightsand, stories of King Arthur and Robin Hood. She was a prolific artist; in her late 60s producing as many as twenty books annually. Her work is highly collectible. Postcard dated 1910.
