Three men of I believe the Grenadier Guards. These are veterans of the Crimean War and was taken the same year the war ended; this being 1856. A series of photographs were commissioned which this was part of entitled “Heroes of the Crimean War” These were taken by Robert Howlett and Jopseph Cundall.This particular image was taken by Cundall.
