This page has a collection of signs to set expectations for students and assist in teaching. I think the group work expectations chart would be helpful at the beginning of the year. The teacher seems to be working toward a student-centered classroom, but at the same time, making these beforehand focuses more on the teacher. I would think that asking kids for their thoughts on how this would benefit them would be appropriate in order to bring the locus of control to them.
