Trio of White Cakes. This couple's wedding cake featured tiers of lemon-raspberry and pistachio, while a smaller cake presented chocolate and orange, and a third offering is fruitcake—a traditional English dessert—made by the bride's British grandmother.
Ana's Custom Cakes created Allison and Jacob's Tahitian vanilla cake with passionfruit mousseline and fresh raspberries. It was topped with a miniature sugar sculpture of lilies of the valley woven together in a horseshoe-shaped arrangement.
Elegant white gum-paste doves are placed at opposite ends of a cake encircled in lush cream ribbon (also gum paste). The scene—two lovebirds have just finished stringing up ribbon in celebration of your romance—feels straight from a fairy tale.
