Flank Steak Stuffed with Spinach, Capers and Feta. (Suggestion: Score both sides of the steak before pounding. Add a layer of seasoned toasted bread dice. Wilt spinach and squeeze out water. Use French feta (milder). Think about omitting the capers. Add chopped black olives. Brown all sides in 1 Tbsp. oil. Set into marinara sauce and braise for 2 -  2 1/2 hours or in a slow cooker on low for 6 - 8 hours.
