Anyone else have so many hard-boiled eggs left over from Easter?! 🙋🏻‍♀️ Let's make some Avocao Egg Salad that was so good on some sourdough toast! 🥑 I just used the egg whites for this but you can use the whole egg if you prefer & mash those up with some avocados! Then added some lime, @truelemon packets, salt, garlic powder, & a little bit of @traderjoes Everything seasoning (measure it all with your heart!) & it was SO good! 😋
