Greek bronze oinochoe with Gorgon or Medusa shown in typical archaic style with a monstrous head facing the on looker, her eyes bulging and her mouth snarled into a ferocious smile. She has wide out stretched wings behind her back and her hands are placed on her hips, the rim of the jug is cast with a very fine ovolo pattern below a line of raised balls, 13.3 cm high.
