• Fennel seeds / सौंफ -4tbsp
• Mustard seeds / सरसों के बीज -3tbsp

Step by step recipe
• ▪️roast fennel seeds,Mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds,cumin and grind them.
• ▪️ wash Chillies and allow them to drain cut them into two pieces
• ▪️add blended roasted spices, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, kalonji, vinegar, amchur powder and salt.
