Cvitan GALIC jump out of his Messerschmitt Bf 109 E-3 of 15.(Kroat.)/JG 52. Note the additional frontal protection. Cvitan Galic was credited of 38 confirmed victories with 15./JG 52. He later flew MS.406 in anti-partisan duties. He was finaly killed by strafing Spitfire IXs of No. 2 Squadron SAAF on 6 April 1944 at Zaluzani airfield near Banja Luka when a bomb hit his M.S.406
