"strangozzi", memories from the past: my grandma used to prepare it on sunday, she called it "fusilli". She used to tell me it was one of the most difficult kind of pasta to prepare, because you have to use an "iron stick" that requires lot of manual experience. Her fusilli were divine. These aren't the traditional Valle Caudina's fusilli, but they are similar, so that they reminds me my beautiful grandma. Miss her so much.
