I tried this exercise routine on April Fools' Day courtesy of a Facebook challenge from my FBF @Yoisha Niya Whew, the planks were easy. The mountain climbers weren't so bad, but the burpees were the WORST. I wish the best of luck to anyone who does this regularly. I'm going to try to do this 3x p/week per suggestion from her, but I can't make this kind of promise with those burpees. Yikes!
