Sørvágsvatn/Leitisvatn is a large lake in the Faroe Islands. The biggest lake of the islands, it is situated on the island of Vágar between the municipalities of Sørvágs Kommuna and Vága kommuna. The name Sørvágsvatn means "The lake of Sørvágur".

The Faroe Islands are an island group situated kilometres from the coast of Northern Europe between the Norwegian Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean, almost midway between Norway, Iceland, and Scotland. The islands are part of Denmark.
