A Chorus Line of Parrots, A beautiful chorus line of colorful parrots. I can almost hear them singing, squawking, as I watch them play (dance) on this line. The reflection of their bright colors upon the water is simply lovely, like looking at a rainbow.
The Turquoise-Browed Motmot inhabits Central America from SE Mexico (mostly the Yucatán Peninsula) to Costa Rica, where it is common and not considered threatened. It has been chosen as the national bird of both El Salvador and Nicaragua.
