Crispy Edamame  You must, must use parchment paper under these. Foil does not work. I haven’t tried silpat.  1 (12 oz) pkg Frozen shelled edamame (green soybeans)  1 Tbsp olive oil  2 pinches garlic seasoning or garlic salt  1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese oven to 400. Line an 11×13 pan with parchment paper. Mix ingred, spread evenly on baking pan. Bake until puffed, partly browned, cheese is crisp (~20 min). Shake sheet x2 to cook evenly.
