Staple page on the top and bottom to colorful construction paper. Have child poke holes on each dot using a small push pin. Remove the template and hang on the window to display the beautiful design! Using a push pin to poke holes helps reinforce the 'tripod' grip we encourage students to use when holding pencils, and it strengthens the same hand muscles that we need to continue to develop for writing.
