This always annoyed me, the obsession with being skinny. Being skinny doesn't mean you're healthy. I think we as humans would do better to encourage health and balance rather than superficial appearances.

This is so very true! I'm a complete advocate of clean eating. (not that i'm in compliance right now... c'mon, it's what the baby wants!)

Abs are made in the kitchen! So very true! This is where patience comes in. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but 3 minute ab workouts won't give you abs. It's all in the diet along with proper ab workouts!
