One of my biggest inspirations, Rachel Brathen. I met her in Vancouver and she was a goddess.

There's no way of going forward if you don't open your eyes. Be conscious of what you're doing, because you don't come to this physical plane to create destruction or taking care only in material stuff. Work with yourself, become a better person everyday, be happy, but with good actions; we don't know how long are we staying in this world with this body, and that's why we have to give our best in every occasion.

I believe working out on a beach side while sunset is a very relaxing thing. This certainly is one thing I love to do when I am on a beach side.

Mini-meditations, even micro-meditations, are instant interventions that tell mind and body to relax simply by focusing on breathing. Taking a few minutes, or even moments, to do so can make a huge difference in a short amount of time.

This pose hurts like no other, much less trying to do it on a cliff while concentrating on not falling... I'd fall for sure...
