Salted Maple Whipped Brown Butter 🥹❤️ when I say you NEED to try this, I mean it…out of the tons of compound butters I’ve made this is my favorite…BY FAR.
Ingredients:
• 8 oz unsalted butter (kerrygold).
• 2.5 tbsp miso paste.
• 2.5 tbsp pure maple syrup.
• flaky sea salt to taste.
•ciabatta.
Directions:
• 1.- brown the butter on medium high heat for 4-6 min or until golden.
• 2.- place some ice and water on a bowl, add the butter on a smaller bowl and place atop the ice bath.
• 3.- add in the miso, maple syrup and flaky salt. Whip until it looks like the video, it’ll be like 2-3 min.
• 4.- serve over toasted bread or veggies, fish, rice….its epic.
