January 1969: starting in Jan 2, the Beatles and the Lindsey Hogg film crew gather at Twickenham Fim Studio for shooting what would become the "Let It Be" movie. Tension was so high that on Jan 10 Harrison decided to leave the band, and only after a meeting in Jan 15 it was decided to continue the project in the new Apple basement studio in Savile Row, London.

Today, in At Twickenham Film Studios in London, the Beatles conclude rehearsals for their Get Back project (later retitled Let It Be). Photo is from those Let It Be filming sessions.

But can still see the Apple building! The Beatles rooftop concert took place in January of 1969 on top of the Apple building in London. This would be the band's final live performance together.
