Sun Dried Tomato Dip - this looks good. 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped, 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature (so there’s no lumps), 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup good mayonnaise (such as Hellman’s Real), 10 dashes Tabasco sauce, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 2 scallions, thinly sliced (white and green parts), plus a bit more for garnishing if desired.

3 Cheese Artichoke Dip: ½-Cup Grated Parmesan, 14-oz Can Chopped Artichoke Hearts, 1-Cup Mayo, 8-oz Softened Cream Cheese, 1-Cup Shredded Mozzarella, ½-tsp Garlic Powder, ¼-tsp Cayenne, Dash Worcestershire. Beat Cream Cheese ‘til smooth. Then beat in the Mayo ‘til smooth. Add remaining ingredients & Stir. Transfer Dip to Pie Plate.  Bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 mins ‘til top is golden brown & dip is bubbling.  Serve hot w/Crackers, Tortilla Chips, Crostini or Veggies.
