Shabu-Shabu. MY FAVORITE!! Shabu-shabu is prepared by submerging thinly sliced beef and vegetables in a pot of boiling water and swishing it back and forth until cooked. Cooked meats and veggies are usually dipped in various sauces before eating, and served with a bowl of steamed white rice.
