The 12 inclusive sizes are specifically designed for women and can be slightly adjusted by using a nail puffer to make them fit your nails perfectly. These nails are reusable if applied with jelly stickers. 1. Application tips: If this is your first-time using press on nails, we would recommend using the jelly sticker to try it out. By using the jelly sticker, you can take the nail off any time and reuse them. Once you are familiar with the application, you can use the nail glue for more durable effect. Please message me for video instruction if needed. Please note, there might be rough edges and little notch on the nails which can be polished using the nail buffer provided. This is not a quality issue and should not affect the application and the design of the nails. 2. Refund/Return/Send Product Back We do not accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problem with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us within 14 days from the date you received it. We will arrange an exchange or a refund for you once we receive the item. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused with all labels intact and in the same condition that you received it.
