The Indiana Recovery Alliance (IRA) is a comprehensive, harm reduction program located in Monroe County, Indiana. A current HIV outbreak and Hepatitis C epidemic has been found to be directly associated to the lack of access to drug use harm reduction supplies. The IRA calls for the non-judgmental, non-coercive, provision of services and resources to people who use drugs and the communities in which they live in, to assist them in reducing the risks of self-harm.
