  • 1 tbsp Tomato puree
Condiments
  • 1 Lime, juice only
Pasta & Grains
  • 100 g Basmati rice
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground

  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
Nuts & Seeds

  • 75 ml Double cream
  • 75 ml Yoghurt, plain
