The indigenous people of Lapland are called Sami. Other people living in Lapland are just called Lapponians or Laps

SAMI -- Ethnic Scandinavians up North-- going across Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Russia.      A huge amount still wear their traditional dress -- as the colors keep them highly visible in a hunter society. BRIGHT colors. Red Yellow Blue .
