Unfortunately, so true. People simply do not know until they experience something for themselves...

I suffer from FIBROMYALGIA by CinderellysPrintShop. Fortunately I am surrounded by some of the most supportive, loving, wonderful human beings to ever walk the Earth.

I think sometimes it's just easier to think the worst of someone with a chronic illness. My Rheumatoid Arthritis kicks my ass and tires me out. Not a day goes by without pain, swelling and inflammation. I only wish more people understood.

We are warriors against our illness.

Do not confuse my bad days as a sign of weakness. Those are actually the days I am fighting the hardest. This is for anyone in my family who is struggling through a chronic illness, dealing with a heartache or disappointment, or grieving.

Before you judge me because I am at home all day long, I am not able to work full time. I am not able to earn my own money. I did not choose my illness. My only wish is to get well, work full time and do all that stuff I did before.

I didn't bust my ass to get 2 Masters degrees to sit at home! If I had planned that I wouldn't have wasted my time! Even the most perfect plans collapse.

Chronic illness, chronic pain, invisible illness - Saying that you're okay is so much easier rather than explaining all the reasons why you're not!

I have to in order to have somewhat of a life

Fibromyalgia won't stop me from living my life and i may have days i can't do as much but i won't stay in bed and feel sorry for myself. Life goes on and God gives me strength!
