Myanmar: Fried potatoes w/ garlic & tomato, spinach & boiled rice instructions: Bring rice to boil & simmer. * Peel & chop 5 garlic cloves. * Peel & chop 5 potatoes. * Add 1 chopped tomato. * Heat oil. * Mix & fry for a few minutes, saving 2 cloves of garlic for spinach. * Add water, cover & boil. * Remove woody stalks & rinse spinach. * Heat water, add spinach, salt & remaining 2 cloves of garlic.
