ALl that green smoothie prep time takes SO long (I do Dr. Oz's green smoothie, but this idea would work fine with that too.) Why had I not thought of this? A month's worth of green smoothies via All Things G EAT~DRINK
brew one green tea bag in 4 oz hot water for minutes; remove tea bag and let tea cool to room temp. blend the tea, cup nonfat vanilla yogurt, 1 cup frozen mango chunks and ice cubes until smooth. 1 smoothie = 190 calories and 10 grams filling protein.
California Power Pomegranate Smoothie 1 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice (I like the Pom Brand) 1 decent handful organic baby spinach 1 handful frozen mangoes 1 handful organic frozen blueberries 2 Tbs oatmeal 1 whole orange (peeled and chopped)
skinny green monster smoothie via skinny taste- 1 small frozen ripe banana, peeled 2 cups baby spinach 1 tbsp Better n Peanut Butter cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt (I used Chobani)
Another green smoothie. apple or orange juice 1 c. of spinach 1 banana 1 c. frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries and blackberries) Add juice and spinach to then blender and blend well. Add banana and frozen fruit and blend together.
