INGREDIENTS 1 lb thick cut, high quality bacon 1/2 C brown sugar 1/4 C + 2 tbsp beer Oven 400. Comb brown sugar & beer in small bowl, whisking to a thin syrup. Line a rimmed baking sheet w/foil. Place bacon on a wire rack bake10 mins, then brush both sides with syrup. Return to oven, cook for 10 min. Remove from oven & repeat process another time or two, until bacon is crispy & browned, and all the glaze is gone. Cool on wire rack for an hour before serving.
