50g gorgonzola, 50g ricotta, 50gr Emmental grattugiato, 50gr Philadelphia cream cheese, coatings suggestions: dried fruit, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, hazelnuts ...) Mix the 4 cheeses, creating a smooth cream. Keep a couple of hours in the refrigerator or up to a few minutes before serving. Create with your palms, balls (my weighed 10g each) and roll them in the decoration of seeds, chopped hazelnuts or paprika ... add a toothpick and serve.I Tartufi ai 4 formaggi | MIEL & RICOTTA
