And make it the spring of our hearts, the light of our bosoms, the expelling of our sadness, and the taking away of our worries and depression. O Allah, teach us of it what we have not learned, remind us of what we forgot of it, and grant us its recitation during the depths of the night and the edges of the day, in the manner that pleases You, and make it for us a supporting argument, O Lord of the worlds, by Your grace
'Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported:The Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite frequently in his bowing and prostration: "Subhanak- Allahumma, Rabbana wa bihamdika. Allahum-maghfir li (O Allah! You are free from imperfection and I begin with praising You. Forgive my sins)." [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) said, “Our Lord, the Blessed, the Superior, comes every night down on the nearest Heaven to us when the last third of the night remains, saying: “Is there anyone to invoke Me, so that I may respond to invocation? Is there anyone to ask Me, so that I may grant him his request? Is there anyone seeking My forgiveness, so that I may forgive him?"
