You can modify all these moves for your fitness level: Start pushups with your knees down or leaning against the couch or a counter. Do you bicep curls with our without weights. Break down each move into smaller sets if needed, but just challenge yourself. Change doesn't occur if you dont push yourself farther!

I'll add this next, 3 days a week alternating with the arm challenge. I'm planning to take each week and treat it like a day from this plan so it'll actually take me 30 weeks to complete it. Of course I'll reevaluate its impact to my body as I go. I know it'll be affective at a snails pace, but I don't want to set myself back.
