Coach CeCe🏐 on Instagram: "I’ve talked a lot on my page about hip and shoulder separation so here is a video demo! 1️⃣Arm Pull Back/down: Start by pulling your arm back and slightly down behind your body opening up your hips and torso away from the net 2️⃣Hip Rotation: your hips should shift forward first while maintaining that arm draw back/down to generate power. 3️⃣Torso Rotation: after your hips shift, your torso will follow and your arm will start to come forward. You want your elbow leading and your shoulder still externally rotated behind you (this will help create the “whip” effect 4️⃣Arm Swing and Contact: the arm follow through is the final motion, with the straightening of your elbow and snapping of your wrist creating that “whip” effect and generating the ball down. 5️⃣Follow
