Crockpot White Bean Chicken Chili INGREDIENTS 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 4 cups low sodium chicken broth/stock 2 (15oz) cans reduced sodium white beans, drained & rinsed (I used Great Northern beans) 2 (4.5oz) cans diced green chiles 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic 1/2 cup diced yellow onion 2 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper **For serving- tortilla chips, shredded cheese, sour cream or plain Greek yogurt, avocado, etc INSTRUCTIONS 1. INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣Place chuck roast in a Dutch oven.
2️⃣Coat the chuck roast with taco seasoning, kosher salt, and pepper on both sides. Rub it in well.
3️⃣Add a cup of water or bone broth. Cover.
4️⃣Bake at 300F for 5-6 hours.

These are honestly so good, they don’t need a topping or more sauce… Ingredients: 4lb Bone-in Pork Shoulder/Butt 2T Brown Sugar 2t Salt 3/4t Pepper 1t Paprika 1t Garlic Powder 3/4t Cinnamon 1/2 Onion 2-3C Apple Cider 1T Apple Cider Vinegar 1t (ish) Lawrys Add all spices to a bowl except the lawrys. Mix and rub on the pork. Add everything else to the crock pot and cook on high for 8 hours (depending on your crock pot maybe low) I have a @theoriginalgreenpan Shred and add to a bun. So damn good! Recipes are below💗 BBQ CHICKEN🍗 • 1 bottle @kindersflavors bbq sauce • 1 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp chili powder BASIL PESTO CHICKEN🌿 • 8 oz of basil pesto • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp pepper HAWAIIAN CHICKEN🍍 • 1 bottle teriyaki marinade • 1 can crushed pineapple • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp ground ginger Dump everything into a baggie & FREEZE.
