Mescolare in una ciotola con una forchetta i seguenti ingredienti:  200 gr Farina integrale  60  gr acqua ml 60 gr olio evo  sale q.b.  Formare una palla e riporre in frigo dentro un sacco di plastica per alimenti. Attendere almeno 30 minuti.  Stendere la pasta con il matterello sopra un foglio di carta da forno e farcire al centro con 4 zucchine tagliate a dadini, cipolla a rondelle, pomodori secchi, piselli e un filo d'olio. Arrotolare e infornare a 180' per 30 min.
