Rocco DiSpirito Rocco DiSpirito, born on 19th November, 1966, was brought-up in Jamaica in Queens. His cooking experience began at the age of 11 in Nicolin’s (Mother) kitchen. At 16 years of age, to sharpen his culinary talent, he joined the respected Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. After graduating in 1986, Rocco did his post-graduation studies in France at Jardin de Cygne. DiSpirito is renowned for his exclusive fusion cooking and Italian-American dishes.
