LIGHT PIADINA -For 1 piece:75gr flour with yeast and a pinch of salt.Add a spoon of extra-vergin oil,mix and then add warm water (not too hot) to obtain a soft dough,working with your hands.Use a rolling pin to shape and thin it.Cook in a crepes pan for a couple of minutes one side first,than hole with a fork and turn it to the other side.Fill it with ham,cheese or what you love. Enjoy it!!!
