Pour une recette totalement s/cuisson vous pouvez utiliser du coulis de framboise industriel. • Merci de taguer la source si vous partagez la recette sur les réseaux :) • Pour 12 personnes • Ingrédients : • - Pour la crème montée au yaourt : 400 g de mascarpone, 1 yaourt à la grecque, 3 briquettes de crème liquide entière de 20 cl, 1 c.c de vanille liquide, 160 g de lait concentré sucré. • - Pour la marmelade de framboise : 2 barquettes de framboises, 50 g de sucre, le jus d'un citron. • - deco : une barquette de framboise • - Pour la base de biscuits : 2 paquets de petits beurre
