CARRABBA'S RED SANGRIA DRINK

GLASEADO DE COLOR. Fundir 200 g chocolate blanco con 40 g manteca de cacao. Calentar 125 cc leche con 50 g glucosa. Unir al chocolate y agregar 150 g gel abrillantador en frio. Agregar el colorante elegido. En pasta o líquido.  Procesar o licuarHidratar 10 g gelatina con 50 cc agua  Fundir. Unir la glaseado. Tamizar y dejar reposar. .usar a 28 a 30  grados C.
