In a food processor mix together: -1 cup rolled oats -1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon cooked chickpeas -1/2 cup cashew butter -1/4 cup maple syrup -1 tablespoon cacao -pinch salt Use your hands to roll about 20 balls of the mixture and place them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. In a pan melt 1 cup of dark chocolate. Dip and roll the balls in the melted chocolate, put back on the tray and freeze for 20-30 mins.

I don’t know anyone who doesn't love a good brownie. It’s everyones favorite decadent chocolate treat that seems to just melt in your mouth with every chewy bite. Most brownies are not very healthy though. They are either made with gluten, eggs, butter and even milk sometimes.
