Homemade meat ravioli, you can get creative with these! Brown ground beef, drain fat and let meat cool. In a bowl mix 8oz low fat ricotta cheese, 1 egg, 2/3 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 cup shredded mozz. cheese, and a handful of chopped parsley. Add meat to mixture and mix well. Fill wonton wrapper with dollop of mixture, brush water on outsides of wrapper and seal with another wrapper on top. Boil in salted water 5-6 minutes.
