Ingredients: • 1 lb lean ground beef • ½–1 tsp garlic salt • 2 cans (10.5 oz each) beef consomme • 2 cans (10.5 oz each) French onion soup • ¾ cup water • 2 cups uncooked long-grain white rice • ¾ cup butter (sliced) Instructions: Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Brown ground beef with garlic salt. Spread uncooked rice and beef in the dish. Pour in consomme, onion soup, and water; stir gently. Lay butter slices on top. Cover with foil, bake 30 mins. Uncover and bake another 30 mins until golden. Fluff and serve.
