How oranges get damaged inside the fridge  At Museo della Frutta in Turin, Italy, I was excited to see the experiment on refrigeration of oranges in 1930s. On the image above, the first line is the beginning stage of orange in the fridge and the second line is the later stage.  Oranges are tropical fruits, which means they didn’t develop themselves to stay in a cold surrounding.
