How to Build Muscle With Body Weight Training
I am going to discuss how to put on mass with nothing but body weight exercises. I do not care if you can do 80 push-ups or 30 chin ups, here is a method to add size and make body weight workouts challenging again. A set of 50 reps of push-ups is high rep "endurance training". The issue is that even if you go to failure, it isn't really hitting the muscle fibers with the most growth capacity.
