1908 Wedding gown: Silk with Brussels lace and silk bow on bodice. Two-tier skirt with scalloped hems. Lined in satin with a border of tight concertina pleats. Train. (Shirtwaist would never have been worn untucked like this.) Worn by Ethel Dalziel for her marriage to H. Roland Cooper. Ethel's granddaughter tried to donate it to a museum, but none wanted it! It was auctioned off by Duke's in 2012. Via Daily Mail.
