A “Smart Solar House” designed by the students of La Sapienza University in Rome. i-Mesh was utilized as a performing material in several solutions: a heat reducing roll-up curtain on a facade, a retractable sunshade of an internal courtyard and as a tailor-made soft divider inspired by Middle Eastern aesthetics.
